Here, you'll find detailed product information, downloadable sales materials, training videos, and tools to track your unit's progress. Trails End Popcorn is the premier company that helps fund Scouting. Since 1980 Trail’s End has specialized in providing a healthy, wholesome, and quality product that is exclusive to Scouting. The support they provide to ensure your unit sale is successful is unparalleled by any other and is why the Palmetto Council uses Trail’s-End as our preferred product fund raiser.
With over 73% of the Popcorn sale going to support Scouting there is no other fund raiser with that high of a return with the majority of the money going directly to your unit. Up to 36% goes straight to units in the form of unit commission, prizes for your Scouts, and sales materials. The remaining 30% goes to support GOLS, the Conley Clarke, and the other indirect support provided for your Scouting program.

June 6 - Popcorn Training (in person)
July 20 - Show N Sell shift claiming begins
August 4 - Popcorn Training (via Zoom)
September 6 - Show N Sell orders due
September 19 - Order pickup day
September 20 - 22 - First weekend of Popcorn Sale
September 27 - 29 - Show and Sell Weekend
October 4 - 6 - Show and Sell Weekend
October 11 - 13 - Show and Sell Weekend
October 18 - 20 - Show and Sell Weekend (Same weekend as Gold Rush and Fall Family Campout for Cub Scouts)
October 25 - 27 - Show and Sell Weekend
November 1 -3 - Last week of Popcorn Sale
November 7 - Product Return/Take Order Due
November 21 - Take Order Pickup
December 5 - Payment due to Council
December 7 - Hero Donation Day (Police and Fire Departments)

Commission Structure
Every Unit begins at 30% additional percentages can be added.
1% for attending popcorn training hosted by the Council (in person or Zoom)
2% Scouts Honor 10% First Responder Donations of Gross Sales
3% Top Performers Achieve the Scout’s Honor level plus average $400/scout based on September 30, 2024 membership
(You must get the first percentage to earn the second, and the second to earn the third).

2025 SAC Order Form COMING SOON!
Per Scouting America Policies Units must submit a Unit Money Earning Application for approval by their local Council before planning to fundraise individually as a Unit. This form is not required for Council planning fundraisers such as Popcorn and Scouting Adventure Cards.
