Camp Conley Clarke

Camp Conley Clarke, a pristine 450-acre property located within our council, offers an ideal setting for Troops or Districts seeking a memorable camping experience. Nestled alongside Thickety Creek, the property features open fields, a pond, potable water, and extensive wooded areas, providing a picturesque backdrop for camping trips or camporees.

With limited open space for group camping, the property is best suited for groups of 50-100 people, but can accommodate larger gatherings. The wooded areas are perfect for individual tents, offering a wilderness-like camping experience. Additionally, there are hikeable trails throughout the property, further enhancing the camping experience.

Camp Conley Clarke is also an excellent venue for service work, offering our units an opportunity to accrue service work hours. For more information on service opportunities, please contact Tim Combs at 794-661-3957 or combst@icloud.com.

We are currently undertaking major improvements to enhance this expansive property, making it an even more attractive destination for camping and outdoor activities. Although CCC does not currently have restroom facilities, portalets can be provided with advance notice at an additional cost.
